Acreage: Approx. 3.75 acres. Location: 2437 South 8000 West. Zone: C-2/zc (Commercial). Planner: Diana Martinez. (Motion/Voting) CUP2020-000084 - Justin Jones is requesting approval of a Conditional Use for a Cell Tower/Monopole. Acreage: 0.18 acres. Location: 8585 West Magna Main Street. Zone: C-2 (Commercial) Planner: Diana Martinez. (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission, in its discretion, may request public input on these applications prior to acting on the application.
