- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 7:15 p.m. at the Eureka City Office, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on two items: 1. Abandonment of the alley between North Leadville and Bernini Drive and declaring said property as surplus due to a request to purchase said property by Travis Green, adjacent property owner. (See Attachment A) 2. Declaring a piece of property adjacent to Wesley George Dever as surplus property upon request by Mr. & Mrs. Dever to purchase said property for the purpose of 'squaring up' their lot.
