Disclosures and declarations of conflict of interest. ACTION ITEMS 5. Approval of the minutes from October 8, 2020 Town Board Meeting. 6. Approval of the minutes from the October 22, 2020 Work Meeting. 7. Replace John Batty on the board. 8. Mike Coronado - water hook-up - 150 N. 100 E. 9. Charlotte Sevier House Addition - 361 E. 315 N. 10. Security cameras at Falls 11. Contribution to Search and Rescue. 12. Sale of big plow, put blade on small truck, and start looking for used grader. 13. Approve RPR's (Resident Project Representatives) for new well. 14. Budget Review and expenditure approvals.
