- ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a Town Council & Public Hearing on Thursday, November 12, 2020, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council Chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Rick Roberts, Kimball & Roberts, financial statement and report B. McLane Farmer, Jones & DeMille, professional services agreement C. Jacob Olsen, Jones & DeMille, water improvement project update D. Josh Anderson, Jones & DeMille, website refresh demonstration IV. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Consideration for and adoption of a Parameter Resolution authorizing the issuance of Street Improvement Revenue Bonds of Annabella Town, Sevier County, Utah and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project V.
