- Regular Board Meeting of the Washington County Solid Waste District November 9, 2020 Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Washington County Solid Waste District will hold a regular meeting at the Washington County Commission Chambers located at 197 E Tabernacle St, St. George, Utah on Monday, November 9, 2020 commencing at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be broadcast via Zoom. Consider approval of minutes for August 10 and September 8, 2020 meetings 2. Consider approval of expenditures for July, August and September 2020 3. Consider approval of 2021 Tentative Budget Background and Information: At least 7 days prior to adoption of the final budget, the Board must adopt a Tentative Budget to be available for public review. Staff has compiled and recommends approval of the Tentative Budget for Board consideration and approval. 4. Consider approval of Washington County Solid Waste Master Plan Background and Information: A Landfill Master Plan outlines the recommended use of future land development and outlines recommended site cell design, construction, leachate and stormwater collection systems. The current Master Plan was created in 2007. The District entered a contract with Geo-Logic Associates to update the Master Plan in December 2019. Staff recommends approval. 5. Consider approval of Recollect Subscription Services 3-year Contract Background and Information: Recollect currently provides mapping and text notification reminder services to residents. Staff recommends approval to continue Recollect services and execute contract. 6. BluCan Opt-Out Update 7. District Manager Report Adjourn
