- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 3rd day of November 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 6, 2020 2. New Business - Delinquent Utility Account Discussion - Town Employee Christmas Party 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - CARES Act Money - Enforcement of Road Side Parking Ordinance Councilmember N. Sparks - October Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - December 1, 2020 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
