Attention: Public Hearing notice Contact Person: Morgan Brim, Community Development Director 125 South Main Street Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 NOTICE is hereby given regarding a public hearing before the Vineyard Planning Commission on November 4, 2020 at 6 pm and City Council on November 11, 2020 at 6 pm located at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059, for proposed amendments to the Vineyard Zoning Ordinance Chapter 15.38 Parking and Loading Requirements to permit modification of Zoning Use parking standards through approval of a parking impact analysis, increasing front yard parking coverage requirements and methodology for measuring front yard areas; Chapter 15.60 Definitions to amend the definition of Front Yard and Front Building Line; Section 15.34.150 Home Occupations adding provisions allowing use of accessory structures for home occupations; Sections 15.34.030 Accessory Buildings and 15.12.060 Dimensional Standards Table adding provisions permitting accessory structures in side yards of residential districts and clarifying provisions for residential swimming pools. One or both of these meetings may be held electronically through Zoom. In which case, a Zoom link will be provided on the meeting agenda which will be posted on the Vineyard City Website www.vineyardutah.oorg. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Morgan Brim at morganb@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting. All comments will be read into the record at the meeting.
