5. Continuation of Council Business from October 12, 2020-
Due to Extenuating Circumstances, the Kearns Metro Council Meeting, held on October 12, 2020, was abruptly terminated. No further action was taken on remaining items from the October 12, 2020 agenda once the Kearns Metro Council meeting was terminated.
1. CARES Act Amendment Between SLCO and Kearns Metro Township-Second Distribution of Funds (Discussion/Motion)
2. Allocation of Compliance Funds to Kearns UPD Precinct for COVID-19 Spread Prevention (Discussion/Motion)
3. Re-Appointment of Vice-Chair Snow to Magna Mosquito Abatement Board (Discussion/Motion)

Possible Closed Session: The Kearns Metro Township Council may temporarily recess the meeting to convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonable imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205
Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-207(4), I, Mayor Kelly Bush, hereby make the following written determination warranting the Kearns Metro Township Council to convene and conduct an electronic meeting without an anchor location:
Given the ongoing Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, conducting the meeting with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location.
