- PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Glenwood Town Planning and Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Glenwood Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood, Utah. AGENDA 1. WELCOME 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS 4. DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ZONING ORDINANCE A. Section 7 -- Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations on fencing for a Commercial Zone. B. Section 9-200 (4) Rural Residential District RR-1 -- Accessory Buildings, specifically shipping or cargo containers. C. Section 10-300 Commercial Residential District CR-1- Consideration of placement of home at 70 North 200 East. 5. ADJOURNMENT I certify that copies of this Notice and Agenda were mailed to members of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the 20th day of October 2020.
