- REGULAR SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME by Mayor Madsen 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Council Member Smalling 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - September 15, 2020 4. APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS - $590,678.28 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS Each person desiring to make comments will have 3 minutes. Please state your name. Please save your comments on the Public Hearing items until the hearing is opened. PUBLIC HEARINGS 6. Receive public input on increasing the Sunset City Budgets to facilitate a wage increase for Sunset City employees and to adjust a few other line items 7. Receive public input on adding Section 2 - Town Center Zone Requirements to the Town Center (TC) zone ordinance REGULAR SESSION 8. Recognize Police Lieutenant Bruce Arbogast for 25 years of service with Sunset City As of September 5, 2020, Lt. Bruce Arbogast has served the City of Sunset for 25 years. 9. Consider appointing Public Works Director Jason Monroe to the Development Review Committee (DRC) of MIDA Council Member Noyes was the committee member, but has had to step down. Mayor Madsen would like to appoint Public Works Director Monroe to the committee. 10. Consider approving Resolution 2020-17 amending the fiscal year 2021 budgets 11. Consider approving Ordinance 2020-04 adding a section titled 'Town Center Zone Requirements' to Title 10, Chapter 5 Article G of the Sunset City Code 12. Consider approving Resolution 2020-18 authorizing Mayor Madsen to adopt or modify temporary personnel policies and procedures in response to COVID-19 13. Discuss and consider approving Resolution 2020-19 establishing a Code of Conduct 14. Mayor, Council and Department Head reports 15. Adjourn the regular meeting and move into the work meeting WORK SESSION 16. Discuss RFP bid results for construction of a new veterans park 17. Discuss lighting on Main Street 18. Discuss items Sunset City needs due to the COVID-19 virus and can purchase with the CARES Act funding received 19. Adjourn
