Meeting Called to Order: Invocation and/or thought by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Minutes: October 7, 2020 regular meeting 4. Review Checks and Invoices: $44,672.48 C. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than 3 minutes. D. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action on the proposed LANTIS Merchandise (Fireworks) Contract and Purchase Order for fireworks to be discharged at the City's Winterfest celebration. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Work Release No. 2020-01, An agreement with Sunrise Engineering regarding the Water Improvements Project. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve Work Release No. 2020-02, An agreement with Sunrise Engineering regarding the Roads Improvements Project. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement for the Zion Regional Collaborative (ZRC). 5. Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement with Zions National Bank and Ken Garff for the purchase/lease of two police vehicles. E.
