PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday October 13, 2020 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting August 11, 2020. 2. Present Dorothy Norton her Plaque for her service on SGHA board. 3. Discussion of new board member (Referrals) 4. Change in Admin Plan regarding waiting list purge (wording) 5. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) September / October 2020. 6. Discuss new fiscal year 2020-2021 budget. 7. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 8. Jimmie Hughes report from the City River Walk update Open House 29th Oct. 9. Applied for 40 Mainstream Vouchers (Non-Elderly / Disabled) 10. CARES ACT money report - Hazard Pay, New Vehicle, Operation funding.
