Minor Plat Amendment Subject A. Aspen Heights Plat B. The proposal makes modifications to 4 lots in the Aspen Heights Plat A development. 2. Conditional Use Permit Subject A. 2500 EAST T-MOBILE 2ND CUP. 2500 East T-Mobile Cell Tower. The proposal involves upgrading equipment on an existing tower located at 2500 East Canyon Road. 3. Site Plan Subject A. RIDGELINE. The proposed project is an apartment development in the R-4 Zone, located at approximately 1311 N SR 51. 4. Final Plat Subject A. RIDGELINE. The proposal involves creating 3 lots for an apartment development located at approximately 1311 N SR 51. Subject B. RIVER POINT PLAT B The proposal involves creating 8 lots for single family homes located at approximately 1274 W River Ridge Lane, in the River Point Development. Subject C. RENAISSANCE PLACE FINAL PLAT AMENDMENT. The proposal involves amending the approved Final Plat for a 35 home townhome development located at approximately 40 N 920 W. 5. Adjourn
