- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 6th day of October 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember J. Buttars - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 1, 2020 2. New Business - Bryce Lancaster - CAPSA - Jeff Young - Alltech - Cares Fund Expenditures - Business License Application - Justin Bingham 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember N. Sparks - September Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council - Halloween Activities Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Water Meter Replacement Update - Neighborhood Watch - Animal Control Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Parks Director - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - October 20, 2020 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
