- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold regular Council Meeting Monday October 5th, 2020 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the September 8th, 2020 Council Meeting 2. Water project: bid acceptance and update on funding 3. Michele Evans: Grant money for an activity guide 4. Paul Davis: Possible cattle harvest plant will Minersville be able to supply them with the water needed? 5. Library: Approve board members 6. Firehouse water usage 7. Employee wages discussion 8. Truck for Brandon: Purchase or lease. Discuss Barry's truck and snow removal 9. Hazard Mitigation planning team 10. CARES Act money 11. Pay Bills 12. Other Business CDBG meeting will be Oct. 28th& 29th 2020 Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
