- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TOWING SERVICES CONTRACT North Ogden City is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified towing companies to provide towing services for non-preference towing services. A complete copy of the request for proposal may be obtained at the City Offices at 505 E 2600 N, North Ogden, Utah, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm or www.northogdencity.com Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Recorder at 505 E 2600 N, North Ogden, Utah no later than 4pm, October 9, 2020.
