SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee September 24, 2020 - 6:30 p.m. Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on September 24, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: Call to Order Prayer Action Item Update District Yr Mo Workshop Date Topic Article Due Syracuse West Dist 2020 Jan/ July Syracuse District 2020 Feb/ Aug Syracuse South 2020 Mar/ Nov Legacy District 2020 May/ Oct Bluff District 2020 June/ Dec Read last month's minutes by Dan Merkling Committee Business: - Discuss what preparedness items that we should be working on for the next three months to the end of the year - Discuss having an article in the Syracuse Magazine each month and what we will have by the 5th of October for the November magazine and each month thereafter - Discuss options available for the committee if COVID continues and how to get the information out to the citizens.
