- PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Glenwood Town Planning Commission and to the general public that the Glenwood Town Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood, Utah. AGENDA 1. WELCOME 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS 4. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Review of Zoning Ordinance -- Specifically: Section 7, Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations -- Fencing Section 10, Commercial/Residential District CR.1 (fencing setbacks) Section 9 (4), Rural Residential District -- Accessory Buildings B. Kreg Harrison -- Commercial/Residential District Uses 5.
