- NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSIS Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, located in Grand County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Written Analysis for the secondary water service. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 to 503 pf the Utah Code, as amended, notice is hereby provided of Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency's intent to contract the preparation of the Impact Fee analysis and enact the impact fee. The proposed impact fee (capital) facilities will be located within the boundaries of the Grand County Water Conservancy District in Moab, Utah.
