Hooper, UT 84315, at 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2020. The Work Meeting (open to public) This meeting will begin at 6:30 PM The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & REVERENCE PRESENTATION Fremont 5 CTC Coalition - Hooper City Youth Council Recognition. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND DISCLOSURES APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 1. Fremont Island Meeting Minutes July 28th, 2020, draft 2. Work Session Meeting Minutes August 20th, 2020, draft 3. City Council Meeting Minutes August 6th, 2020, draft REPORTS 4. July Financials FY 2020-2021 5. August Financials FY 2020-2021 CITIZEN COMMENT Agenda Items Only (If you wish to make a comment to the Council, please use the podium and clearly state your name and address, keeping comments to a maximum of 3 minutes.)
