Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020 at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
7:00P.M.
1. Chairman Bart Lee conducting- Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call.
2. Approval of previous minutes from previous meeting held August 18th, 2020.
3. Citizens comments.
4. Consider recommendation to the Monroe City Council on proposed changes to the Monroe City Land Use and Development Code Regulations. Proposed changes will include but not limited to the following: (1) Adding definition of short-term rental to Chapter 3; (2) Amending Chapter 10- 1002; Chapter 11-1102; Chapter 12-1202; Chapter 13-1303; Chapter 14-1402; Chapter 15-1502 with short-term rental as a conditional use.
6. Adjournment.
