PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a meeting at 4:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office, Council Chambers, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. 1. MAYOR'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call & Pledge of Allegiance 2. VISITORS a. Christopher Katis, Gosia Skowron, and Joe Moore - Utah FORGE Project 3. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial report: July 2020 and August 2020 b. Approval of bills and payroll c. Approval of minutes: July 21, 2020 Council Meeting; August 4, 2020 Work Session 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Discuss replacement of swimming pool heater b. Discuss road mill from the Airport Runway Project c. Discuss chip sealing of dirt road located in city limits d. Library Board appointment e. Discuss House Bill 31 (Water Supply and Surplus Water Amendments) f. Discuss security cameras on city owned property g. Discuss proposed Purchasing Policy for Milford City 5. OLD BUSINESS a. Community dumpster b. Culinary water project c. Irrigation system update d. Splash pad e. Installation of electric feedback signs and speed reduction on Main Street 6. ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS a. Ordinance 02-2020 'Dumpster Regulations' 7. COMMENTS a. Staff Member Reports and Comments b. Council Member Reports and Comments 8. ADJOURNMENT Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. **City Council Members or the Mayor may participate in the public meeting electronically and/or telephonically.
