KANOSH TOWN CORPORATION NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A KANOSH REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING September 9, 2020 7:00 PM Kanosh Town is committed to taking steps to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our community. With the recent spread of COVID-19, some changes are necessary for conducting Kanosh Town public meetings. To follow the 'Stay Safe, Stay Home' directive given by Governor Gary Herbert on March 26, 2020 we will suspend all Kanosh Town face-to-face public meetings until this directive is lifted and conditions within our State are deemed safe for social interaction. Planning and Zoning: Ed Phillips *Building Permits Action: Proceed as recommended REVIEW, DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON .... *Follow up on Hiring of Full-time employee Action: proceed as recommended by Council members. Town Park Grand opening/ Halloween Party Action: proceed as recommended by Council members. Revision of Park Resolution Action: proceed as recommended by Council members. Sunrise Engineering /Water system Action: proceed as recommended by Council members. Progress on Kanosh Town Web site Progress report COVID 19 Cares Act Funding CLOSED SESSION (if necessary) to DISCUSS one or more of the following: the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual; collective bargaining pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, the sale of real property, including any form of water rights or water shares, deployment of security personnel, devices or systems investigative proceedings regarding allegations of misconduct. ACTION ON CLOSED SESSION ADJOURN In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should call the City Offices at 435-759-2415, giving at least 48 hours advance notice. Meetings of the Kanosh Town Council may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, c contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Kanosh Town resolution 061318 [electronic meetings. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY The undersigned duly appointed Town Recorder certifies that a copy of the forgoing 'Notice and Agenda' was delivered to each member of the Kanosh Town Council, posted if 4 separate location in Kanosh Town and published on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website
