- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. BUSINESS a. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to Chapter 12.08 of the Richfield Municipal Code setting a curfew in parks and recreation areas. b. Planning Commission report. c. Jaden Gurney to discuss a concept plan for the development of land along 1300 South. d. Discuss and consider approving expenses for tree maintenance in the City's parking lots and along North Main Street near the I-70 Interchange. e. Discuss and consider approving the development of the street along the north side of the City's Business Park as discussed by Trent Brown. f. Consider approving an agreement with Utah Division of Parks and Recreation for funding for the mountain bike trails as discussed by Carson DeMille. g. Consider awarding the bid for the sewer lift station as discussed by Carson DeMille. h. Consider approving Ordinance 2020-12 creating the Richfield City Community Reinvestment Agency and related matters. Discuss and consider approving the use of the CARE funding for a remodel to the police department for $56,895 and other purchases. 6. OTHER BUSINESS 7. ADJOURNMENT
