- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold regular Council Meeting Tuesday September 8, 2020 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the August 3, 2020 Council Meeting 2. Courtney Marshall business license 3. Principal Jodi Heaps: Usage of the Minersville Elementary School building. 4. Library business 5. Fraud Risk Assessment 6. Street Signs, Tree Trimming and weeds complaints. 7. CARES Act money update and plans 8. Air Conditioner bid 9. Pay Bills 10. Other Business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
