- NEWTON TOWN COUNCIL AGENDA September 3, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Council will hold its regular council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on September, 2020, in the Town Council Chambers at Newton Town Hall located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah. This will include a virtual meeting. If you would like to attend virtually or to speak on a specific agenda item, you must make a request with the Newton Town Clerk. Please email newtontown@comcast.net at least one hour prior to the meeting. ESTIMATED time of consideration REGULAR MEETING AGENDA 7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order/Roll Call - Mayor Rhodes 2. Opening Ceremony - Gordon Anderson 3. Approval of August Minutes 7:05 p.m. 4. Proposed Water Master Plan by Sunrise Engineering 7:30 p.m. 5. CARES Act funding for Newton Town and proposed projects 8:00 p.m. 6.
