AGENDA HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY AT 6:30 P.M., SEPTEMBER 3, 2020. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Charlie Seifert, Bear River Health Department - To discuss strategies for health. B. Bryce Lancaster, CAPSA - To discuss domestic abuse trends. C. Dan Larsen, Kartchner Homes - To request changes to the approved final plat for Phase 12 of Elk Mountain PUD located at approximately 1170 East between 330 South and 425 South to reduce the sideyard setback (without driveway access) from 20' to 15' on lots 289 and 300. 10. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Certification of Annexation Petition (Mountain View - Olsen). B. Consideration and approval of waiving the Hyrum Civic Center rental fee for the Red Cross. C. Mayor and City Council reports. 10.
