- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, September 10, 2020 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of a request for a rezone of approximately 0.40 acres located at 2069 West 325 South from RA-1-C and A-2 to RA-2 and approval of the 2 lot South Hollow Subdivision Plat B. 2. Consideration of an ordinance amending Mapleton City Code Section 17.16 to require new subdivisions to install conduit for fiber internet. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
