- SALINA CITY PLANNING & ZONING PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that Salina City Council will hold a public hearing August 26, 2020, at 6:40 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 146-2020 an Ordinance amending Chapter 16.04, Subdivision Standards; 16.04.090 Lots. To add paragraph H. Minimum Lot Frontage Required.
