Consider amendments to HPC Code 13.30 to correct, update and simplify the ordinance.

CONSIDER CREATING A COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL PROCESS (Legislative)
Review Commercial zoning (Commercial, Industrial, Planned Professional) and create a flowchart with accompanying ordinance for Commercial Subdivisions and the approval process.
