PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider the following items at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Steven Dabb seeking to amend the Official Zoning Map from the RC-Regional Commercial Zone to the HC-Highway Commercial Zone for parcel 66:391:0002 located at 215 S 2200 W; 2) Lazarus Investments, LLC, seeking to amend the Official Zoning Map from HC-Highway Commercial Zone to RMF-2 Residential Multi-Family Zone on a portion of parcel 23:015:0049 located at approximately 100 E 1400 N; and 3) James and Tammy Flake seeking to amend the Official Zoning Map from R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone to R1-15 Single-Family Residential Zone for parcel 23:034:0085 located at 208 S 400 W. 4) Springville Community Development requests amendment of Springville City Code Title 11, Chapter 4, Article 3, Section 1, Land Use Matrix, and adoption of Title 11, Chapter 4, Article 7 - Main Street South Gateway Zone; and 5) Springville Community Development requests amendment of the zoning map for parcels 06:005:0001, 06:005:0002, 06:005:0003; 06:005:0004; 06:005:0006; 06:005:0007, 06:005:0008, constituting Block 5, Plat A, Springville City Survey, and bounded by Main Street, 100 West, 300 South, and 400 South; from the Community Commercial (CC) Zone to the Main Street South Gateway (MSSG) Zone.
