Notice of Joint Work Session of the Lindon City Council and Planning Commission
The Lindon City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint work session on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. The work session will be held at Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The session will begin at 6:45 p.m. This meeting may be held electronically to allow a council member or commissioner to participate by video or teleconference. The agenda will consist of the following:
Conducting - Jeff Acerson, Mayor
1. Presentation and Discussion - Draft 700 N. Masterplan. IBI Group will present the first draft of the 700 N. Masterplan for council and planning commission consideration and feedback. The final document will be considered for adoption at a future meeting.
2. Discussion Item - Accessory Apartment and R2 Overlay amendments. City staff will lead a discussion of proposed changes for council and planning commission consideration and feedback to the accessory apartment ordinance and R2 Overlay zone. Final ordinance amendments will be considered for adoption at a future meeting.
