- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold regular Council Meeting Monday August 3, 2020 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the July 20th, 2020 Council Meeting and Public Bond Hearing 2. Andrea Johnson: Recreation league business 3. Shannon Terry: Wages 4. Brandon Wiseman: Appoint Planning and Zoning board members 5. Kade Blackner: Annexation for Craig Blackner Trucking 6. Caleb Evans: Weight room 7. Will Thompson: Cares act application 8. Pay Bills 9. Other Business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
