- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE MILLCREEK is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - MILLCREEK tax on a $467,000 residence would increase from $460.02 to $472.86, which is $12.84 per year. - MILLCREEK tax on a $467,000 business would increase from $836.40 to $859.75, which is $23.35 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, MILLCREEK would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 2.78% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC HEARING 8/10/2020 7:00 P.M.
