- NEWTON TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Newton Town Council will hold a public hearing, Thursday August 6, 2020, in response to a petition of annexation proposing the annexation of 4.883 acres more or less of real property, located approximately 200 North between 100 West and 400 West, Newton, Utah. The subject properties are contiguous to Newton Town and are identified as parcels 13-028-0002, 13-028-0003 and 13-028-0006. The hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center, Newton, Utah. A copy of the complete annexation petition is available for review at the Newton Town Hall during business hours or at https://newtonutah.org
