Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, July 21st , 2020 at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

1. Chairman Bart Lee conducting- Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call.
2. Approval of previous meeting minutes held June 16th, 2020.
3. Citizens comments.
4. Conditional Use License submitted by Kim Parsons for 'Valley View Garden & Rental' located at 490 E Valley View Lane.
5. Property Line Adjustments located at 188 N Main, 60 E 200 N. Submitted by Alden Forbush.
6. Oversized shop exceeds 1,400 Square feet located at 185 S Foothill Drive. Submitted by Val Scott.
7. Set public hearing to consider short term rental ordinance.
8. Adjournment.
