NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a Public Bond Hearing followed by regular Council Meeting Monday July 20, 2020 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda for the Public Hearing: Mayor will open the public hearing stating the time and date: 1. Mayor Caleb Evans will give a description of the improvements included in the project and the needs, state the authorized funding consisting of loan and grant money, and the intent of Minersville Town entering into the loan obligation accordingly. 2. Take public comments 3. Close Public Hearing The following is the agenda for the regular Council Meeting Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the July 6th, 2020 Council Meeting 2. Michele Evans: Trail ideas and recommendations. 3. Brandon Wiseman: Planning and Zoning 4. Kade Blackner: Beaver County Road Agreement 5. Mayor Caleb Evans: Cares Act application 6. Other Business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
