July 2, 2020, Town Council Special Meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING FOR NIGHTLY RENTAL CODE AMENDMENT & LICENSE FEE DISCUSSION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Nightly Rental Code. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm on July 13, 2020. The Council will also discuss a business license fee study. 2. PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND MANAGEMENT CODE, CHAPTER 7 (ZONE DISTRICT REGULATIONS) AND CHAPTER 12 (DESIGN STANDARDS). The Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Land Manage Code, Chapter 7 & Chapter 12. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than noon on July 14, 2020. 3. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND MANAGEMENT CODE, CHAPTER 7, AND CHAPTER 12. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the Land Management Code, Chapter 7, and Chapter 12. 4. STATE OF UTAH CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND CONTRACT APPROVAL. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will approve a contract for the Utah State Coronavirus Relief Fund. 5. ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE (WUI) CODE. Chief Dan Benson. The Council will consider an ordinance adopting the Wildland Urban Interface Code. 6. RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SNOW REMOVAL POLICY. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will consider a resolution amending the Snow Removal Policy for Town Trail Safety. 7. TRASH ENCLOSURE DISCUSSION. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will discuss trash enclosures. 8. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER & SEWER CODE. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the Water and Sewer Code. 9. CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE RESOLUTION. Wendy Dowland, Public Works. The Council will consider a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2021 Consolidated Fee Schedule, a schedule of fees collected by the Town. 10. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. G. ADJOURNMENT
