The Dutch John Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment concerning an application filed by Matthew Lucas requesting a proposed zone change of the subject property from LI (Light Industrial) to C ( Commercial).
Property Location: Northwest corner of the boundaries of the Town of Dutch John.
