Welcome 2. Public Comment (Limited to 3 minutes per person) 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes from January meeting 4. Ratification of acceptance of the 2020 Children and Teen Book Enhancement Mini-Grant for Castle Dale Library, Cleveland Library, Huntington Library, and Orangeville Library 5. Ratification of acceptance of the 2020 Summer Reading Program Grant 6. Ratification of acceptance of the Contract Amendment for A.S.S.E.T. Program (LSTA Grant) 7. Ratification of acceptance of the Fund WiFi Expansion to Support COVID-19 Efforts Mini-Grant 8. Ratification of acceptance of the CARES Act Fund from the IMLS Grant for the Emery County Library System 9. Discuss/Approve/Deny (Proposed) Emery County Library System Library Circulation Policy. 19. Discuss entering into a contract with Snow's Heating and Air Conditioning for evaluation of the heating system, cooling system, and water heater at each of the eight branch libraries 20. Adjourn Individuals are invited to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting. Individual comments will be limited to three minutes with up to three minutes follow up for the Library Board to ask questions regarding the comments. Once the public comment portion of the meeting is concluded, individuals will not be allowed to address the Library Board unless listed on the agenda.
