NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 7 July 2020, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Petitions & communications: none Business 1. Ordinance 2020-01 -- update water ordinance 2. Discuss & adopt permit introduced in June meeting 3. Discuss & adopt policies -- to comply with 'fraud risk assessment' Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 2 June 2020 Approval for payment of June 2020 invoices Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
