- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 7th day of July 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember N. Sparks - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held June 16, 2020 2. New Business - Resolution 20-09 'A Resolution Implementing the National League of Cities and Towns Service Line Program ' - Cemetery and Gravel Pit Signs 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember N. Sparks - June Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Neighborhood Watch - Town Celebration/National Night Out Against Crime - Animal Control Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - August 4, 2020 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
