- Public Notice NOTICE is hereby given, that Holden Town will hold a public meeting on July 8, 2020, during their normal Town Council meeting, held at 185 S Main. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the purchase of a town backhoe. The public is invited to attend. Tina Stevens Holden Town Clerk
