- Richmond City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The Richmond City tax on a $253,000 residence would increase from $179.78 to $190.22, which is $10.44 per year. The Richmond City tax on a $253,000 business would increase from $326.88 to $345.85, which is $18.97 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, Richmond City would increase its property tax revenue by 5.81% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding elibigle new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
