- PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING Beaver City Center 30 West 300 North TUESDAY July 7, 2020 Work Meeting Welcome Approval of last meeting minutes 6:00 Conflict of Interest Statement 6:00 Greg Miles will be asking for a Conditional use permit for a vacation trailer up to two weeks, three times a year at Holdaway Lane & 1200 East PUBLIC COMMENT CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY: Beaver City hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website, and each member of the board and posted in the public place of the meeting on the 7th of July 2020.
