- PUBLIC NOTICE Hooper City 5580 W. 4600 S. Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, July 9th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing - Rezone - R1 to R2 - Widdison Trust, approx. location 5370 W. 4000 S., (14.3 acres) 2. Public Hearing- Final Approval- H.L. Parker Legacy Subdivision, 8 lots, approx. 5800 W. 5900 S., 5.7 acres 3. Public Hearing - Final Approval - Hadley Valley Subdivision; Twenty-six (26) lots, 4500 South and 5400 West.
