May 26, 2020, Town Council Meeting 3. June 9, 2020 Town Council Meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2020 AMENDED BUDGETS FOR THE TOWN, AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council/Board will consider ordinance/resolution amending the fiscal year 2020 budgets for the Town and Redevelopment Agency. 2. INTIAL DISCUSSION ON AMENDMENTS TO THE SHORT-TERM RENTAL CODE, TITLE 3, CHAPTER 2A OF THE TOWN CODE. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will begin initial discussions on amendments to the short-term rental code, Title 3, Chapter 2-A of the Town Code. 3. REVIEW OF OHV ENFORCEMENT POLICIES. Chief Dan Benson, Public Safety Director. The Council will discuss OHV enforcement policies and practices. 4. RECREATIONAL RESTORATION INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will give direction on acceptance of a potential $37,000 50/50 grant from Utah Outdoor Recreation for the restoration of the Alpine Creek Loop Trail. 5. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agenda items. G. CLOSED SESSION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual H. ADJOURNMENT
