Final Plat A. CANYON CREEK PHASE 8C. The proposal involves finalizing 6 commercial lots within the Canyon Creek Shopping Center Development located at 1277 North Canyon Creek Parkway. B. LEGACY TOWNHOMES PHASE 2. This proposal involves the development of 50 multi-family homes located at 2557 East 830 North. 2. Preliminary Plat A. SPANISH SPRINGS BUSINESS PARK. The proposal involves creating 3 lots for an industrial subdivision located at approximately 2700 North 100 East. 3. General Plan Amendment A. HOLLOW ACRES. The proposal requests that the General Plan designation change from Low Density Residential, to High Density Residential located at approximately 400 North Spanish Fork Parkway. B. FIELDSTONE. The proposal requests that the General Plan designation change from Estate Density to Medium Density Residential located at approximately 1000 South 3400 East. C. VISTA VIEW. The proposal requests that the General Plan designation change from Commercial to High Density Residential located at approximately 2350 East 750 South. 4. Site Plan A. 800 NORTH 800 EAST INTERSECTION. This proposal involves the redesign of the intersection located at 800 North and 800 East. 5. Concept Review A. POWERS PROPERTY B. BLUE OX 6. Other Business A. MAPLE PARK ESTATES AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAT. The proposal is a reapproval of a Maple Park Estates amending the Preliminary Plat from 95 single-family homes to 92 single-family homes as a Master Planned Subdivision located at approximately 3000 East 100 South.
