Torrey Utah PO Box 750027 Torrey, UT 84775 torreyutah.gov Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and members of the Torrey Town Council will hold its regular council meeting on Thursday the 11th day of June 2020 at 7;00 pm at the Torrey Town Pavilion located at 75 E 100 No. Prior to the meeting a Public hearing will be held at 6:30 to open the 2019-2020 budget and hear comments on the new 2020-2020 fiscal budget. The budget will then be adopted in the Town Meeting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) Welcome Mayor Scott Chesnut: 1. Council Member reports/ Staff report/ Invited Guests/ Agenda Requests Bruce Phillips. Property use. Mark Bailey Water bill forgiveness Jeremy Deakin Water bill forgiveness Micky Wright. Internet and Website. Council reports: Doug Robinson/ Water Pat Kearney Parks/Trees Beautification Personnel Policy, Pearl Thorndal-Stewart P&Z Mary Beddingfield Smith Jordan Pace Roads and Cemetery Clerk Paula Pace Post office letters. 6. Adjourn Dated this 10th day June 2020, This Notice was posted at the Torrey Town Hall, posted on and Chuck Wagon Board, Town Website and personally delivered or e-mailed to each member of the Torrey Town Council. A closed session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Paula Pace Town Clerk No backpacks, purses, drinks or containers are allowed at the meeting.
