Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday May 13, 2020 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Because of health concerns the meeting will be help outside if weather permits so that the 6ft distance can be maintained. Please wear a mask. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1Review and Approval of minutes from March 11, 2020 Town Council Meeting. 2 Review and Approval of March 12 - May 13 , 2020 Bills/Payroll. 3 Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4 Approve Water Resolution 2020-2, water rates Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 5 Hire and vote on new water meter reader Roads- Lesley Smith 6 Police Presence on 8800 S. 7 Budget-Pay what is owed this year 8 Advertise for Mowing 9 Glen Jacobson Helping with Roads 10 Streets needing repairs Planning and Zoning- Martina John 11 Approve Tyson Nelson shed building permit 12 Approve Mariah Huggins building permit 13 Approve Williams building permit 14 Approve new Planning and Zoning commission member.
